Which regulations does Aegis ESG cover?

CSRD with all ESRS modules (E1–E5, S1–S4, G1), the Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) for due diligence, SFDR for PAI reporting, CBAM for imported carbon, and the EU Taxonomy. We also track the Omnibus I transposition closely.

Do you support iXBRL generation for Altinn?

Yes. The platform generates an ESRS-taxonomy-compatible iXBRL file ready for submission via Altinn. Validation against the EU taxonomy runs automatically before generation.

Can we import SAF-T files?

Yes. SAF-T Financial v1.30 XML from Fiken, Tripletex, Visma, PowerOffice, Xledger, DNB/SB1/Uni Regnskap, 24SO and Conta. Each ledger line is automatically classified to Scope 1/2/3 via the Norwegian standard chart of accounts (NS 4102).

Do you handle double materiality?

Yes. A full ESRS 1–compatible process: IRO identification, stakeholder engagement with a dedicated portal, per-topic scoring, and documented traceability from assessment to reported data point.

Which integrations are supported?

Fiken (OAuth, daily sync), SAF-T import, Altinn via Maskinporten, Finanstilsynet for license verification, Brønnøysund for company data. More integrations (Tripletex, PowerOffice API) are in development.

Is an audit trail included?

Yes. Every emission number, every materiality assessment and every reported value is traceable back to the source voucher or IRO assessment. Full audit trail included on all plans.

Can we collaborate across teams?

Yes. Multi-user with role-based access (Admin, Reporting Owner, Supplier, Auditor), per-data-point comment threads, and approval workflows before submission.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU (Supabase EU regions). Encrypted at rest and in transit. Third-party credentials (Fiken etc.) are stored in Supabase Vault. GDPR-compliant processing.

Do you support Scope 3 calculations?

Yes. All 15 Scope 3 categories with both activity-based and spend-based calculation. A dedicated supplier portal collects value-chain data for category 1 (purchased goods) and 11 (use of sold products).
